Consumers beware. Is it real filet mignon or is it “faux” filet mignon made with meat glue? As if we don’t already have enough to worry about from the industrialization of our food supply, now comes meat glue.
You know how they make flooring by gluing left over pieces of wood together or how they make 4×8 wood panels made from chips of wood that are glued together. Well guess what, somebody came up with the idea of gluing scraps of meat together to make it look like something it isn’t.
