Arsenic found in chickens

Once again in the pursuit of profits our industrialized food producers are using methods that endanger human health.  Apparently, the chickens are given an “organic” form of arsenic that is supposed to help them to grow faster.  The problem is that the “organic” form can transform into the toxic “inorganic” form.  Herein lies the problem.

Farmers add a drug containing the “organic” arsenic to chicken feed.  The industrialized food producers have found another way to increase their profits; unfortunately once again it comes at a cost to the consumer and to the environment.
